According to the Declaration on the Right to Development:
Human rights and development are two concepts which are related to each other aiming at continuous improvement of the entire societies.
The right to development is realized by fair distribution of benefits resulting from it.Accordingly, all types of human rights are interdependent and indivisible and their realization requires national and international cooperation.
The right to development belongs to the third-generation of human rights, that includes the right to environment, the right to peace and the right to development.
All human rights are universal, indivisible and interdependent and are closely related.
The right to development criteria are:
1.Transparency
2.Accountability
3.Participation
4.Non-discrimination and fairness.
Achieving these standards will require a global commitment away from extremism, threats and sanctions from developed countries to developing countries.

The sanctions are imposed on medicine and clean fuel technologies and technologies that help to protect the environment scientific sanctions etc.
They impose an additional burden on the fragile environment of the world.
