The meeting was held at the invitation of the president’s special assistant of civil rights activists and government agencies and for becoming operational the Bill of Citizenship Rights.
Dr. Elham Aminzadeh at a meeting with activists of the citizenship rights and assistants of the citizenship rights affairs of different ministries by expressing the issue of making-operational of the Bill of Citizenship Rights in the twelfth state said, “in 2013 year with the election of the eleventh state, the president promised the Bill of Citizenship Rights to and the Bill was unveiled in the date of December 2016 the charter and now it has been passed from notification process and it is in the implementation phase.”
Special Assistant to the President for Civil Rights added, “in clear religion of Islam, we have respect for the Islamic dignity that it is of the attention resplendences to Civil Rights and we believe that citizens’ rights should be charged from the society floor. Also we believe that citizens’ rights are ultra-partisan and ultra -power but we do not interfere in the affairs of other powers by respect for the principle of powers separation.” He continued, “there are poverty, unemployment, injustice and lack of civil rights in the country today in a state that due to the gross income of our country, we should been predestined in the category of developed countries. All previous governments planned around the political and economy problems and social rights had somehow been forgotten. The government must respect the pepole rights until citizens respect the state rights as well as their ones. We expect it is respected the citizens’ self-esteem. Fairness and compassion substitude lies and hypocrisy and it is reduced discrimination.” He stressed the fact that the middle class should be the development axis, stated, “it shouldnt be different between the speech and action of responsiblilites. People should be participated in the affairs and use of human capital.
Dr. Mohammad Reza Gol Hamisheh Bahar, during the meeting with experts in the field of dialogue and meanwhile knowing important the issue of citizenship rights, stated that the first effects of the development of the foundations of citizenship rights would be the renewing of a responsibility sense among the people of the community. The head of the Association for the Protection of Civil Citizens of Citizens said, “In order to achieve a transcendental and responsible society, we need to educate citizens, of course, an education which can lead to a change in behavior and the responsibility of citizens towards each other.”
He knowed public demand after the education and responsible behavior as another step towards the realization of citizenship rights and emphasized the important and effective role of non-governmental non-political civil institutions, and added that in addition to these cases, we need to motivate among employees, staffs and all individuals in government and private sector institutions, in order to achieve this, it must be considered the appropriate mechanisms of reward and punishment.
