Head of governor’s office in Shiraz in a meeting which was held with the presence of environmental NGOs of Fars province mentioned: Government welcomes all NGOs specially environmentalists. This will help the sustainable development of the government as NGOs are powerful sources for overcoming the defections of bio-environmental matters.
Enayatollah Rahimi said: solving the problem of the environment is one of the most important challenges and aims of the government, which can be solved by proper management. He also added that underground water‘s extra usage, desert and land ship creation should be controlled.
Technical head of governor’s office emphasized on the establishment of mock experiments for increasing ecological capability of the country.
Rahimi expressed:”Dust and pebbles come from Western and south west Asian countries, that should be governed by a good diplomacy.
He also mentioned:” As we are facing with polluted chemical items which come from industrial towns and industries,and have caused problems in Shiraz,Zarghan and Marvdasht,novel strategies should be our priority for orientation of better zones in these cities.Shortage of rain and extraction of underground water during recent years are other difficulties.”
Mr.Rahimi explained that although government has decided new strategies to prevent unauthorized wells,and has endeavored to balance water distribution in 15 chapters ,we still need more efforts and we need to think beyond that by the assistant of the nation.Usage of underground and mineral water should be logical and new generation should focus on this priority for the coming generation. Wastage of water needs to be controlled by education of youngsters.virtual instruction and Islamic Republic of Iran’s broadcasting center ,newspapers and mass media are supposed to covey this manner to citizens.
Mohammad Reza Gol Hamisheh Bahar ,head of Association of Citizens Civil Rights Protection said:As NGOs are counterparts of governments,their logical presence accompanied by common logic can help the sustainable development of the country for creation of a happy environment .Social approach of NGOs creates a space which causes interaction of thoughts between scientists and society,so that we will have a better environment and a balanced development.”
Dr Valvi ,Head of environment organization of Fars province ,eventually expressed the process of his respected organization regarding this matter.
