We would like to echo the concerns expressed by the forum on minority issues in its 9th session on Durable Solutions for Displaced persons that particular attention should be paid to elimination of discrimination against minorities.
Our organization believes that cultural exchanges can promote mutual understanding a contribute to social inclusion of minorities.
Therefore our organization calls on all member state to pare the way for dialogue among cultures.
Also it is recommended that UNESCO as an international reference related to culture and cultural rights prepare a detailed list of World Cultural Rights to provide for intercultural dialogue within the framework of a binding convention.
