Aquarium management and the need to avoid it

More than 2-years ago, I used the term aquarium management for the first time to convey the content of the article to the estimated audience. Since in the present age, the city and the urbanization have found a special place, consequently community management specially metropolitan management, have also acquired a special importance; therefore, in order to succeed in urban management, it is necessary to pay Close attention to aquarium management. Therefore in order to better understand the threats of this type of management, I first need to have   definition of management, it can be said that management is the coordination of material and human resources to achieve goals. Management is not just a service but guidance and combination of Science and art; It’s scientific category is related to learning management knowledge through education and gaining practical experience, and the artistic part inherent the implementation of this knowledge is in practice Here I need to point out that the application of science in management is different from the application of science in engineering.

In engineering the subject is the relation of numbers and in management the subject is outcomes .In mathematics the result is always one plus one is two, but in management depending on the capacities it may be more than 2, equal to or less than 2. To be an effective manager, you need to have a set of skills that include planning communication, organization, leadership and control. The difference between the position of a manager and a managerial job depends on the individual and his environment. The reason is that the manager in his management approach, must see both people and the environment in which he must play a role. It is very important to note that the decision- making approach in management also depends on the surrounding conditions. therefore, halo  errors are  an important issue that can distort  the  decision of managers. Halo error actually means that a positive or negative trait is so prominent that it prevents the manager from paying attention to other things. As a result, a manager need expert work and a comprehensive analytical view of issues to prevent superficial decisions and the crew emotional moments. So that the person in charge does not suffer from aquarium management. Therefore, a general manager should   live with an in-depth view, look at the issues and live among the people while observing all aspects of the field related to his management, because with the management of the aquarium, the desired result will not be achieved.

From the results of aquarium management, we can point to the weakness in understanding the capacities .In advanced state of aquarium management, we will see the inability of the manager in such a way that he cannot turn the capacities into opportunities in different parts as he should and deserves. The decisions of this type of management are the result of a limited and short -sighted view prospective. Such a manager seeks to solve problems, regardless of possible dimensions, is leading. In the form of limited example, the closure of public transport in order to reduce the corona and cut off its chain can be mentioned as an aquarium management decision, because this decision will not help the targets other than double pressure on the vulnerable groups. Because the Citizens who use the bus and Subway all wear masks, they will observe the distance and due to the wider environment, it will bring less pollution. while the use of taxis will lead to crowded gatherings, which will result in nothing but more pollution.  It should be said that if the issue was considered from different dimensions and due to the lack of service areas ahead, the best way is to at least provide masks to Citizens, free shared   bicycles, reduce subway distances at station.
