The Interaction of Thoughts ‘gathering, for the draft of national document of environment was held in Shiraz between governmental and non-governmental specialists.
In the beginning, Mohammad Reza Gol Hamisheh Bahar the head of this gathering, declared: This original document is the first strategic environmental document in the country. He expressed his hope that by formation and adjustment of this document there would be more cooperation among executional organizations, for sustainable development of the country and stewardship of the environment more than ever.
Head of Association of Citizens Civil Rights Protection, explained the aim of this meeting is the interaction of ideas and thoughts between specialists and experts of this branch ,he also added :’’Since this document can have an essential role for the elaboration of the edition of the route map, in the next coming years ,is important”, and by considering the public wisdom he said: ’Dr. Ebtekar admired opinions of all governmental and non-governmental organizations ,private sectors,civil-soial organizations for the formation of this document ,by expressing the expectation for a well-established document.
Head of Association of Citizens Civil Rights Protection, appreciated the deputy of the educational and research section of environment protection organization of the Fars province, and he admired the endeavors of the deputy of the respected organization by getting assistance from specialists of this area for the formation of this national document. We saw our responsibility for having this meeting and helping for the establishment of this national document.
Head of Association of Citizens Civil Rights Protection by considering this fact that this national document will be demonstrated and adjusted in two areas including scientific-cultural, and specific, explained: We would be glad to have the opinions of scientists and experts participated to discuss and analyze different articles of this documents ,that from now on the opinions will be recorded and the outcome will be given to the deputy of the educational and research section of environment protection, to include for the next meeting according to rules and regulations.
Head of Association of Citizens Civil Rights Protection said” This draft has been edited six times in the supreme council of the revolution and cultural according to the guidance booklet .For creating this national document the ideas and opinions of experts and specialists from different fields of strategic programming , economical studies of sustainable developments ,and environment economy of the edition office of national documents for the priorities of the holistic scientific map of the country and non- governmental organization of civil right protection of the citizens and environment have been applied.
He added ,the draft of this document has been created regarding the higher original documents , such as the respected supreme leader of the Islamic republic of Iran’s guidance, general policy, and viewpoints of Iran in the horizon of 1404 ,which has some major necessities such as determining the specialists and strategic council of the investigation and gathering of higher original document , analysis of the history of activity in the environmental organization and explanation of the main targets ,analysis of the strategic factors ,identification of the situation and possible strategies, selection of the ultimate strategies, strategic sections , key factors of the quantitative targets, practical programming and supervision sectors.
